We do not supply wood, pellets, charcoal or gas cylinders, and none of them ship with an oven; they are restricted for carriage and are bought locally. Ovens reach very high temperatures, produce carbon monoxide and must be used outdoors on a stable non-combustible surface with the clearances in the manual, never indoors, in a garage or under a covered balcony. Baking stones crack from thermal shock — a cold stone into a hot oven, or water onto a hot stone — and that is use rather than a defect.
