Write to Rabbit Supply
Stone diameter, peak temperature, heat-up time, what fuel an oven actually burns — ask before it is on a pallet. Everything goes through the form below or the same inbox, in writing.
Registered office
Rabbit Supply
Iskon Temple Rd, opp. Supermart, Mansarovar Extension, Khejdo Ka Vas, Sanganer, Jaipur, Rajasthan 302020, India
This is the registered address and the space consignments are staged from. It is not a showroom with an oven lit, so please do not travel here; collections are booked with the transporter and the reply explains how.
Support hours
Email: info@rabbitsupply.shop
Phone: +91 94145 77002
Hours: Monday – Saturday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM IST. Closed on Sundays and public holidays.
Messages that arrive outside those hours are answered the next working day. Orders confirmed after 3:00 PM IST join the following day’s pick list.
Send a message
Give the order number and, for a damaged carton, the unboxing video taken before anything is assembled or lit. With that in the first message we can send a replacement part rather than swap the oven.
